All Centennial booths will be outdoors at Bishop City Park off Joyce St.
except 4 food booths located in the concession stand. There will be no
booths located in the community center this year to accommodate other
Centennial activities.  Billie Erwin is the Booths Chairman and may be
contacted at (361) 355-2519. All vendors will be responsible for their own
tents/covers,tables, chairs, etc. See downloadable forms below.
Pioneer Breakfast $7.00
Entertainment includes Rough Riders - Old Time
Cowboy Band from Boerne, Texas; Chuck Wagon
Cooking demonstrations; Cowboy Poet; Re-
Enactors (shoot out, etc.). Tickets will also be sold
the morning of the breakfast until plates are sold
out, so buy early and buy enough! Get ‘em now!
Hot coffee right off the campfire!

taquitos (bacon/egg, potato/egg,
chorizo/egg), fruit, juice, and coffee.

office, 312 South Avenue B in Bishop.
Purchase Breakfast ticket(s) below if you want
your tickets mailed to you. (Extra 75¢ for
any number of tickets). Deadline is May 5 to
purchase for mailing.
Special Note:  Buy our Centennial Aprons for the Pioneer Breakfast and
have them branded with our Centennial Brand from 7am-11am only!  When
the Pioneer Breakfast is over the Centennial Brand will be placed in our
new time capsule that will be buried later that day. Once the limited
number of Centennial Aprons sell out there will be no more!  Buy the
